Privacy Policy

Commercial Readiness provides software assessment, reporting, and collaboration features for organizations evaluating operational and commercial launch readiness. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and end users.

We collect account information such as name, email address, profile image, organization membership, and authentication provider details. We also process project metadata, uploaded evidence, generated reports, connector configuration, and application usage events needed to operate the service.

We use this information to provide the service, secure accounts, generate assessments, support customer operations, maintain audit history, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Customer workspace content is only used to deliver product features requested by the customer. Where AI providers are configured, data submitted for analysis may be sent to the configured model provider to generate assessment output.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account or organization data, subject to security, compliance, and audit-retention needs.
