These Terms govern access to and use of Commercial Readiness. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, controlling access to connected systems, and ensuring you have the right to submit project data, repositories, documents, and other materials to the platform.

The service provides readiness analysis, reports, and automation support, but it does not constitute legal advice, security certification, or a guarantee that a product is fit for release. Customers remain responsible for their own compliance, operational, and release decisions.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with service availability, or attempt to access organizations or data without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, nonpayment, abuse, or breach of these Terms. We may also update the service and these Terms from time to time.
